When can I expect to receive my order?

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at support@twopagescurtains.com to seek the time frame, and you might need to pay an extra fee.

Once orders are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with the carrier.

Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped by Carrier DHL eCommerce or USPS with a lead time of 2-6 days. Mailbox delivery, no signature required.

Ready-made and customized curtains and drapes are shipped by carrier DHL Express, FedEx, UPS with lead time of 7-14 days. Door-to-door service. It might need your receipt signature to ensure safe delivery.

Blinds & Shades are shipped by carrier DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Bamboo Shade Lead time: Selected bamboo shades: 10-15 days; other styles: 20-30 days
  • Roman Shade Lead time: Plain style 12-18 days; other styles: 21-30 days
  • Roller Shade, Zebra Shade, Cellular Shade Lead time: 7-14 days
  • Venetian Blinds  Lead time: 7-10 days
Door-to-door service. It might need your receipt signature to ensure safe delivery.

Standard shipping: 

  • $23 for order value not above $200.
  • $17.99 for order value above $200 but under $300.
  • Free shipping on orders over $300 (after discounts, excluding taxes).

Express shipping (not for all products; please contact customer service for special requests):

  • $129

2. Sample booklets:

  • North America (United States, Canada) basic: $4.99.
  • Other Countries: $15.99 - $29.99.

    Optional Service: Worry-Free Purchase

    "Worry-Free Purchase" service provides you with added peace of mind when shopping with us. This service ensures a refund if your order does not arrive as described, including instances of loss or damage during transit. Please note that claims require material proof to be submitted. 

    1. How is the Worry-Free Purchase Service Charged?

    • Applicable for all orders, the service charges about 2% of the merchandise value. 

      2. Coverage Details:

      • Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international packages).
      • Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
      • Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).
      • Contact support@twopagescurtains.com to easily resolve your package issues if any of the above happen.

      3. Insurance Shipping

      • Insurance takes effect when the order is shipped.
      • You can cancel anytime by contacting support@twopagescurtains.com.
      • Once canceled, claims cannot be made.

       

            Can I indicate a certain carrier?

            No, we select and decide the carrier according to destination country, order package weight, etc. We work with USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS, which are high-reputation carrier to ensure smooth delivery. We own a direct carrier account to make the shipping service is expected. We provide door-to-door service.

            Where can’t you ship to?

            We only accept shipping to street, such as office or home address. We can't ship orders to military addresses. We can't ship order to military and PO Box address.

            Where will my order be shipped from?

            Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped from the domestic. Curtains, blinds, and shades orders are shipped from vertical factory directly by carrier UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

            How do I track my order?

            Click to track order. Once the order is picked up by carrier, our system will send you an email to advise the carrier and tracking number. You may visit the carrier's official website to monitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make an appointment for delivery time.

            Can I change my shipping address after pick-up?

            No, changing the address is not supported. Please ensure the shipping address before placing the order.

            Do I need to pay any duties or VAT?

            United States:
            No extra charges. Your order arrives with all fees covered. 

            Outside the United States:
            We cover duties and VAT in most regions.
            However, in some countries, local customs may charge VAT or import fees based on local regulations. If applicable, these fees are the customer's responsibility.

            We work to minimize any chances of unexpected fees and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

            Please contact your local delivery service first if your package tracking status shows delivered, but you don't receive the package.
