When can I expect to receive my order?

Customized Drapes Lead Time

Normal Case: 10-15 days for tailoring, plus 5-10 days by carrier DHL, FedEx or UPS express. Total lead time 15-25 days from order to delivery.

Rush Cases: 5-10 days for tailoring, plus 5-10 days by carrier DHL, FedEx or UPS. Total lead time 10-20 days from order to delivery. We need you send us email to indicate your order ID. Service in free.

Promise Cases: 1-5 days for tailoring, plus 5-10 days by carrier DHL, FedEx or UPS. Total lead time 6-15 days from order to delivery. We need you send us email to indicate your order ID. Meanwhile you need to pay extra charges $199. We could refund $199, if finally order don't meet this time line.

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. Due to circumstances such as COVID-19 out of our control, sometimes orders may take longer. No refund will be given for overdue shipments. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at twopages@twopagescurtains.com to confirm the time frame and order it in advance.

Once order(s) are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with carrier.

Can I indicate certain carrier?

No, we select and decide carrier according to destination country, order package weight etc. We work with FedEx, DHL and UPS which are high reputation carrier to ensure smooth delivery. We own direct carrier account to make sure shipping service is expected. We provide door to door service.

 

Where can’t we ship to?

  • We can't ship order to military address.
  • We can't ship order to PO Box address. 
  • We only accept to ship to street, like office, home address.

 

Do I need to pay for shipping?

For normal and rush cases, you don't need to pay extra shipping fee. For promise lead time cases, you need to pay $199 per order.

 

Where will my order be shipped from?

Order ship from vertical factory in China directly.

  

How do I track your order?

Once order was picked up by carrier, our system will send you email to advise tracking number. You may visit carrier offical website to mornitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make appointment of delivery time.

 

Do I need to pay some duties or VAT ?

Yes, if there produce the duty and VAT. Any duties and VAT on your side.

And the fee of duties and VAT depend on the tax laws of your country.
