Birkin Velvet Curtain
Made of 100% polyester velvet. Creates warmth, calm, neutral, soft, elegant, comfort and luxury in their homes. With their crisp neutral shades, they make your rooms look a lot brighter without compromising privacy.
It is extremely wrinkle and shrink resistant. Polyester has a low shrinkage threshold and will always retain its shape and form no matter how many times it is washed. It also resists wrinkles and fading regardless of how many times it is washed.
The fabric also has low moisture regain (MR) properties, which means it absorbs moisture well but instead of retaining it, it evaporates quickly, leaving your curtains dry. Because of its lower absorbency, the fabric dries faster than other popular fabrics like cotton.
The best feature of polyester is how simple it is to maintain. Polyester dries quickly, so you can hang it up to drip-dry in your shower with ease. Warm machine washing with similar colors. Machine wash, tumble dry on low, and, if necessary, iron on low.
Velvet is a beautiful, luxurious fabric used for interior and exterior design. this material feels lovely to the touch, and it gives any fashion item a rich, luxurious look. It can help glam up the look and style of a room and make spaces feel more sophisticated and grown up. Yet it’s equally at home in a more cosy and relaxed space, where its soft touch can add a comforting and warming feel to a room.
Velvet has a smooth, opulent feel and is frequently praised for its opulent, exquisite appearance. You can enjoy interior design on multiple senses by using velvet.
Velvet can be highly durable, even with frequent uses. It can withstand intense friction, rubbing, and pulling. The fibers do not break under stress, and the texture can remain smooth for long durations.
How to measure the grommet curtains?
We usually suggest the curtain width is 1.5x-2x of the curtain rod/track. For example, if the rod or track length is 100 inches, add possible overlap and gap privacy, then order 1 panel 150-200 inches width or 2 panels each 75-100 inches width.
Length is measured from the top of the pole or rod to where you want the curtain to finish.
