Free Shipping 

Normally we need 6-8 business days for tailoring in China factory, plus 3-5 business days express delivery via DHL or UPS.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is 2-5  days shipping time (does not include tailoring time for curtains).

Shipping Limitation

We can't ship order to military address.

We can't ship order to PO Box address.

SHIPPING TIMES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE A GUIDE ONLY

Shipping times provided on our website are a guide only and are the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. Due to circumstances outside of our control, sometimes orders may take longer. No refund will be given for overdue shipments. If you require a curtain by a certain date, please contact us to confirm the time frame and order well in advance.

SHIPPING TRACKING

Once order was picked up by carrier or agent, our system will send you email to advise tracking number. You may track DHL here www.dhl.com, and UPS here www.ups.com. 

RETURN

As all products are made to order we will not be able to accept returns unless the product(s) is defective or wrong. Check the products as soon as possible after you receive them. If you think that any products that we supplied are defective, then please contact us at email twopages@twopagescurtains.com to issue return request. We shall inspect the products and if we agree with you that the product is defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
